As a former large loss and catastrophe adjuster for an insurance carrier, our Director of Operations and public adjusting team is trained to know the processes of the insurance carriers.  We are familiar with the local insurance adjusters, contractors, vendors, and municipalities needed to successfully handle your claim.  We are familiar with the processes, procedures, and contacts within the carriers and the Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) they must follow.   We know when to work with the carrier claim handlers and when we need to push beyond them to get the necessary results.
